This item is finished with Fukamushi and shaded from sunlight for a short time so that this Sencha Fukamushi Superior has a mellow sweet taste.

Fukamushi' Sencha is also suitable for Iced Sencha because it's quickly and easily extracted in hot or cold water and always makes a flavorful cup of tea.

Sencha Fukamushi is brewed in a shorter time than standard steamed Sencha (finished in the traditional Uji/Kyoto style). For a really tasty cup of tea, brew Sencha Fukamushi for 40 to 45 seconds. If you brew for a longer time, unfortunately, you feel a little bitter taste.
